Refund policy

At Virtual Dokaan, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp. COD orders are subject to a confirmation call before dispatch. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
